Once your payment has been accepted we will send you out an email to let you know your product is being processed, we will also send you tracking information when your product is shipped. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at email@example.com
We will always send you an order confirmation immediately from our system. Sometimes automatic order confirmation emails can land in your spam folder. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER and add us to your contacts in order to receive emails in your inbox in future.
In some cases delivery is free! But For the majority of the products if you spend over $75 on any products and you live in the UK, USA or Europe then delivery will be free, Otherwise a flat fee will be applied depending on where you live and how many products you buy. The cost will most likely be $5, $8 or $10. you can find out exactly by adding your shipping address in the checkout before purchase.
We accept payment via credit card and paypal. All our payment gateways are completely secure and processed via Stripe and Paypal. Soon we will be adding Apple Pay and after Pay as well.
Delivery varies between products and where they are being delivered to. We have warehouses in USA, Europe and China. Our apparel lines are custom made to order in USA or Europe so please allow 3 business days for production and then the following as a guideline.
USA: 2-5 business days, Europe: 2-5 business days, Australia: 10-21 days.
Our homewares and accessories ranges sometimes come from China, where there is currently a longer wait for shipping, please allow between 14-36 days for delivery of these items.
